How LensCap Pro works

LensCap Pro is a subscription — $1/month or $10/year. Open the LensCap popup, click Sign in or Upgrade to Pro, and you'll be taken to your Studioh account to sign up and complete checkout. Pro features unlock automatically once payment is confirmed. Screenshot content stays on your device.

Can I use Pro on multiple devices?

Yes — one Studioh account works across every Chrome profile and computer where you sign in. There is no device limit; Pro follows your account.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from inside the extension — click Account → Manage billing — or directly in the Studioh billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. If LensCap Pro doesn't fit your workflow within the first 14 days, email us and we'll process a refund.

The capture button is greyed out

LensCap cannot capture Chrome system pages (chrome://), the Chrome Web Store, or pages where extensions are blocked by policy. Navigate to a regular web page and try again.

The screenshot has duplicate or misaligned sections

This can happen on pages with animations or lazy-loading content. Try scrolling the page manually to the top before capturing, and allow the page to fully load first.

Fixed headers or banners appear in every section

LensCap automatically hides sticky headers after the first capture frame. If a header still appears, the site may use an unusual CSS structure. Send us the URL and we'll investigate.

The PDF is very large

PDF export embeds the full screenshot as a JPEG. For very long pages this results in a large file. PNG export is lossless and may be better for sharing in some cases.
